When doing that I noticed that the battery cover actually goes around the negative end of the battery preventing the negative (-) end from touching the negative end of the mount. I removed that plastic edge and the batteries charged up great.

The seller just keep telling me to charge them with other chargers or that I may have ordered the wrong type. I have been working with electronics for over 27 years and I think I know a little about batteries. I ordered the exact same type as our phones required. Waste of money.
