    Sorry for the really late feedback. This air fryer is really good. It is as described, brand new with just a small broken bit of plastic that doesn't hamper it's use. It's been that long since it was delivered I can't remember if it was on time, so it must have been because when deliveries are late it winds me up and I'm sure I would have remembered that, it was really well packaged for transit. Price was really good for 'New (other)' and as I said is in like new condition. Thank you.

    Good value for money

    Versatile and very quick to boil. Easy to use. I put it on maximum capacity for dispensing water then press stop when amount required is reached. It stops instantly with no dripping. Takes seconds to boil. I can also make custard and gravy. A bit noisy when dispensing but not an issue. Volume control on the top is fiddly and stiff to turn so I leave it on maximum which is the only negative thing..Design looks smart and water tank part lights up when in use. Good value for money. I really like it overall.

    Garbage, ill thought out design and a failure on many levels

    I bought this to replace an old yet fully working Morphy Richards device of equal features. I should never have bothered. This breville version is cheap in presentation and from the off the water out of the device was around 75c when it says on the box "Boils water" The boiling point of water is 100c and is required to make decent tea. This never heated water beyond 80c at best and this was tested by me with a chef's thermostat. This model has a design flaw. the heating tank is directly below the water storage tank and to get the water out the heated wayter passes through the storage tank which will at best be kitchen room temperature in a plain plastic tube. No insulation or clever non tank transit. Then if your cup is room temperature you will get luke warm water. And lastly the killer ...

    Does what it says on the Box

    Don't know if I missed the small print but I was surprised t find out that the item was factory second and the manufactures guarantee was not applicable., having said that it works fine and boils very quickly, I love the fact that it has variable volume control, can fill a large teapot with a couple of goes and can also dispense a single cup/mug

    How did I manange so long without one?!!!

    This is a gem of water boiler. The large water tank means you are not constantly filling the reservoir up as there are 4 of us in the house who drink a lot of tea. The water is dispensed so quickly and is so hot it makes perfect tea or coffee. The variable dispenser means that any size of cup can be filled. The smaller version, of this model, does not have this facility. By only boiling just enough water for your needs you won't be wasting electricity boiling a full kettle just for 1 cup of hot water. The instructions that came with are excellent showing you 2 different ways to de-scale the unit, if needed, and how to use it properly.     Brilliant!

    The Breville Energy Saving Kettle boils water in seconds and dispenses it into your cup without you having to pour it yourself. It can boil water to exactly fill a normal cup size up until a large mug, depending on your size preference. It is very easy to use. Just fill the kettle with water, press the 'on' button and that's it! The best thing I like about this type of kettle is that it rapidly boils the water in about less than 'half the time' of a normal kettle, thus saving energy costs. It is by far the best kettle that I have ever purchased!
