This seller did everything possible to get me the part I NEED. He refunded my purchase very quickly and communicated with me thru out the whole process.     BAIT AND SWITCH!!! This seller "accidentally" sent the wrong items and when I requested to have the correct items sent they said that I would have to reorder and told me that they had the items in stock. Using their link to reorder I found the price was 5 TIMES the original cost. After many emails back and forth it was finally exposed that there was a error on their part in the listing. I always believed that vendors were supposed to honor their pricing. No other compromise was offered.

    AVOID THIS SELLER! Item was listed as "refrigerator door bin", I received a freezer door bin, which is narrower. I informed the seller and even sent them links to the manufacturer's web site proving their listing was incorrect, and was told that their supplier told them it was a refrigerator door bin. They said I could return it, but they didn't offer to pay the shipping. The shipping cost more than the item so it wasn't worth it. I'll buy it on Amazon where they have better sellers.

    Better than expected.

    OEM tires on our 2020 Toyota Sienna Limited Premium. Treadwear is only rated at 260, so I thought they wouldn't last long and then I'll replace them with Michelins. Suprisingly, at 22.5K miles they still have 6-7/32nds" tread depth remaining. No bad charcteristics. Ride, traction wet and dry are fine. No issues with balancing. So, I bought another matching used tire with comparable tread depth remaining and built up a complete OEM spare. Never any need to use a space saver spare. Plus, I rotate in the spare so that all the tires wear out evenly. Then, I buy a set of five new ones.

    Don't trust the picture!

    Watch out! The picture in the advertising has NOTHING to do with the actual tire you get. What I got was WAY worse than advertised. It hits the mark from the pure tread measurement point of view but it is still a big disappointment. I NEVER would have bought this tire if I would have seen the actual photo of it. See enclosed picture! Left what was advertised, right what I got. Very disappointed "customer".

    Of the highest quality; tire as advertised; order from this Ebayer with the highest confidence. Tire is quiet on noisy roads, handles exceptionally, great stopping and traction. I needed the tire as an exact replacement for the other 3 tires I had on the car; buying the used tire saved me from spending almost $1000 for a new set.     Great price for a name brand tire

    This tire has good handling characteristics and a long tread life (Not the highest in it's category). But, It was a great price for such a name brand tire. Goodyear tires also have the best quality and manufacturer warranty.
