    S&W rubber grip good deal

    Love this grip! I was disliking my S&W MP Shield a little mostly because the grip was too thin and I have larger hands. A friend of mine recommended these rubber grips and iat under $10 I thought I could give it a try for such a good deal. I ordered the product and got it promptly. It was however pretty difficult to put on. The rubber is A bit smaller than the handle of course ; they recommend either boiling water or hairdryer. I boiled it in hot water actually three times and with a great deal of effort I was able to get the grips on. It was not easy at all however once on you're not coming off. I also recommend adding a little bit of gun oil inside the Rubber grip to help them on a bit easier. So again a lot of effort but worth the effort in the end

    Absolutely moronic design

    Followed the directions which involves cutting up the packaging, placing the grip in hot water, and struggling to shimmy it onto your gun. It’s an impossible endeavor to do without ripping the grip in my opinions I also don’t like the feel of the grip on my gun and I don’t think the rip made much of a difference on how it would feel. I would go elsewhere. I had High hopes for this but no luck.

    Hard to get on Taurus PT111 Gen 2 but worth it

    This grip is hard to get on the Taurus PT111 Gen 2 but it can be done. You will need to run a blow dryer on it and use glass cleaner on the grip of the gun and on the inside of the hogue. It is even best to put it on the the hot sun if possible. Just keep heating it up so it will stretch and eventually with a little patience and some gentle force, it will finally go on. It is just a little short on the taurus PT11 Gen 2 but not very noticeable. It is an improvement for guys with bigger hands. Also get a pinky extension for the magazine and you will be set.

    Excellent addition to the MP Shield 9mm.

    I love my MP9 Shield but I must admit that the grip frame felt a little small in my average sized hands. Had already added a finger extension to all of my magazines for my pinky finger but still felt the grip was a little inadequate to comfortably handle and fire the weapon. Boiling water and Windex made the application a little simpler but it was still a little difficult to install and definitely required some effort. Once dry, the window cleaner will act as an adhesive and keep the grip in place but it doesn't seem to be necessary because it went on really snug. The small amount of girth and the additional finger groove fit my hand perfectly and I couldn't be happier with the fit and feel of my firearm now. Additionally the top edge of the grip on the left side gives you a perfect place ...

    Hogue HandAll Beavertail Grip Sleeve for S&W M&P Shield

    This grip sleeve is by far Hogue's best one they have introduced. I have used their small and large HandAll grip sleeves before with varying success, but the grip sleeve with the beavertail added on is a perfect fit on my M&P Shield. Very tight to get on and really took some work (and my wife's hair dryer), but I got it on and it makes a huge improvement in gripping this pistol.
