Fortunately I was dressed and not in bed reading a book. Two days later I get the notification and tracking number from FedEx that my item will be delivered. Fake house, wrong picture and item. Not cool.

I didn't even realize the fan delivered from a local store/carrier was mine because it's addressed to someone else, it's a different brand, and didn't come via FedEx like the seller claimed. Since it was not sent via FedEx, the tracking number the seller provided wasn't helpful and I've been waisting my time with this seller and the local store. I could have saved myself money and time buying locally.
