Shows delivered even though we did not get it. No resolution from seller - had to file a claim to get my refund

Since it was not sent via FedEx, the tracking number the seller provided wasn't helpful and I've been waisting my time with this seller and the local store. I could have saved myself money and time buying locally.

Didn’t even have my name or address on the sticker (gonna be quite the coincidence if my neighbor ordered the exact same thing at the same time) and was left in the lobby precariously balanced on a 5’ tall shelf. Wild shipping practices lol but it got here just fine, quick as heck, and in one piece. Not sure if I’d take that risk if I had shady neighbors though.
