      The assembly was missing the torrington bearing that holds the transfer shift gear in place . Luckily I could use the old plate with the torrington bearing to make the assembly work properly . On dissassembly and reassemble I had to add a vibration cushion into the motor cover to keep the assembly from destroying itself over time .
