The only issue with the product was the power & volume buttons being molded too hard and won't function correctly without using 2 hands to squeeze the phone. That's not a seller issue, that's a mfg defect, so I just purchased a new one from the seller. I've bought almost all of my cases off of NGB and this is the first so far to have this issue, so that's why it only gets 4 stars.
