    My favorite pedal for non racing bikes! Clipless when you want them and flats when you don't. They last forever too. This "new" version has adjustable studs for grip. If you don't want them don't install them and they are identical to the last version

    Great pedals for touring/training.

    Love these pedals! I ride 30-40 miles several times per week. My old pedals were hard to get in and out of. These are much easier and I haven't had any issues with popping out when standing or pulling hard. I should have bought these years ago.

    Shimano SPD-ED500 Pedals

    These were the first clipless pedals I bought when I got back into road biking a few years ago. Love the fact that there are identical clips on both sides of the pedals, so you can clip in without having to find the clip side of the pedal, which is the case with most clipless pedals. I’ve since put these pedals on three different bikes. Highly recommended.
