There was no follow up communication from the seller about the delay, I just saw in the tracking the the package was finally in transit

Item says delivered but it’s not my address per tracking number. I messaged seller and was told they would look into it. 4 days later no response. I can not open a return because they don’t offer returns and since item says delivered can’t open a claim.
