Exceptionally well packaged for such large item. Super fast shipping. Unfortunately the hinge section of the top had been cracked during removal, not during shipping. I got immediate refund. Absolutely no hassle. Other than the cracked hinge, seat looked brand new.

Wasn’t a big deal, I had the piece from my truck and truth is it didn’t really need the screw anyway. Shipping was quick and the seat was packed really well. Will definitely do biz again with the seller.
