    It's natural, affordable, and it works

    Different heartburn products works with different people who have heartburn and acid. For instance most people take the 24hr pills and prescribed stuff and all that crap. None of the stuff works for me. Natural stuff like baking soda and Alka Seltzer agrees with my body. If this sounds like you, don't fall asleep in the Alka Selzter stomach relief product. I never thought it would neutralize my fiery gut, but it does almost instantly.

    Photo and Description disagree - Needs to be fixed

    The product shipped was Old fashioned Alka-Seltzer (the antacid) as in the photo, not Alka-Selter Plus (the cold remedy) as in the description. so no it was not a good value because it was not what I searched for. I use Alka-Seltzer Plus for sinus headaches, but I might as well use aspirin as Alka-Seltzer antacid
