One was a RTF (this sellers offering) and the other was sold by another seller but was a PNP model. I confused the two purchases and basically accused this seller of selling me a product based off of a misleading description. The seller was polite, professional and simply said I should check again.     B vitamin

    Thought this methyl type of b would help me assimilate it but not exactly. First time I tried one I got terribly thirsty for hours. Then I read that magnesium helps the body use the b vitties so I put few sprays mag chloride liquid in glass of water along with baking soda. Drank it then tried this b12 product again in the afternoon. No terrible thirst this time and I did not have my normal pass out from exhaustion evening nap. Worked well for me.

    I will buy it again when the time comes.

    I prefer a "lozenger" format rather than a large capsule. I suppose the format is a "chewable" but it is more of a lozenger from my perspective. I am not a chemist and have no way to tell if "is it a good quality", but the lozengers do not make me sick, so from my perspective, the quality is ok; what more could I ask for? I will buy it again when the time comes.
