    Item was not new, as described. Arrived damaged. The damage most likely occurred prior to shipping. For example, one edge was scuffed which couldn't have happened in the foam and bubble wrap it was packed in. One the other end, there were large cracks in the carbon fiber at the seams. It's possible this happened in shipping, but not likely. Seller tried to pressure me to accept a refund for less than I paid. I forced the issue w/ a return and they sent a replacement of satisfactory quality.
