- d***g (168)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseI mostly like the gen 3 battery so far, other than it is annoying that the power to the ports times out and turns itself off if there is no current flowing. I have a gen 1 and a gen 3 in parallel in my car in a battery box with a 1000 watt inverter mounted on the lid and it is annoying having to lift the lid to push the button to turn on the ports to charge my phone. I don't understand why they aren't at least set to auto-wake when charge current is detected such as from a USB-C wall adapter.

I would say that there are a few things that would make this a perfect purchase. 1 add instructions that are more clear and understandable. I don't believe they were very helpful. 2 have the wingnut style bolts or something that can be hand tightened. 3 we need some water resistant plugs for the front panel connectors. It's for wet environment like kayaks or boats. USB and DC are too vulnerable

This is a great way to do it. So if you’re on the lake or at work it’s a great way to monitor the level of your battery and how well it’s coming along when you get home from work for instance you’ll know you’re ready!

However, we sent a message to the seller and he explained that ebay will only let them track one pkg but he sent us the tracking on the battery and it arrived about 3 days after charger. It was great and works well. Seller was excellant to get right back to answer our question.
