    I had a very positive experience with the seller. The seller stayed in contact with me until my package arrived. The product was excellent. It worked perfectly it was exactly what I needed. I gave the shipping time a four star only because the shipping company somehow miss placed my package. It was not the sellers issue.     Shipped FedEx on 1/6/2025 to buyer's CA address. Current FedEx tracking shows arrival in CA on 1/16/2025. FedEx must have misrouted the shipment. It should not take this long. I advised the buyer that if the delivery is not ultimately completed, we will ship a replacement.
