This buyer definitely did not contact us or Ebay regarding a problem with his order. In regards to any shipping issues. Unfortunately, once we ship an item, we can not control how the shipping company handles the delivery after it leaves our warehouse. We do provide a tracking number for all orders. We are a very reputable company.
