    I never received the item. I ordered the item on July 11th and it was suppose to arrive between July 29- Aug 16. I contacted the seller several times with little, vague or no responses. My research revealed that the seller generated a tracking number with shipping company, DHL, but never handed over the item to them to be shipped to me. Shoppers, please be aware when dealing with this seller.

    First,my head is large so I contacted the seller & they assured me they could make a custom size. It is too small.They didn't. Then the packaging. It was so tight, that it looked like a 4-sided hat. Even when unpacked, the sides are squared off and there is no triangular shape. I am trying to form it into proper shape without success. The only reason I did not put Negative, it is real leather and if I get it reformed, it would be good for someone, but not me.
