Was in perfect condition and arrived charged to about 35% I charged it using an EG4 3000EHV-48 up to 100% (99.84AH at 53.53Vdc). Battery holds charge. So far I am pleased with the battery's performance but I have not been able to test it under load. I expect that it will perform well. The app that connects to the battery via bluetooth is near perfect. I believe I got my money's worth and saved several hundred dollars vice the other options I was looking at.

This battery works as designed. Charged to 100% no problems. Battery was shipped upside down. This is weird since there is no this side up marked on the box. Good product and it withstood the abuses from FedEx. Not sure the product was new or refurbished.

However, we sent a message to the seller and he explained that ebay will only let them track one pkg but he sent us the tracking on the battery and it arrived about 3 days after charger. It was great and works well. Seller was excellant to get right back to answer our question.
