      The picture shows the rose has leaves on 2 sides of the stem. It only came with 1 leaf attachment. Also...for such a small item it took a long time to arrive. I am satisfied with how real the rose looks though...just wish it had come with the other leaf attachment as pictured.

      I am really sorry, I did not realize that different flowers had different number of leaves on the stems. I just picked one out of the bunch as I have multiple to sell. I hope it was not too inconvenient
