    The hardware that comes with this item is total cheap garbage! It came with only two screws and two plastic wall anchors and not the 4 screws and 4 plastic wall anchors as seen in the photo. The two plastic wall anchors do not stay properly in place inside the wall while turning the screws. I had to go out and buy better types of wall anchors with screws to install the towel ring. This rude seller has just completely ignored my message concerning this issue. Buyers beware!
