I wouldn't buy a used laptop unless it had free returns

    Warning, I was a very disappointed customer and regret buying this item after just a few months. I barely used the item. The item is defective where it opens and closes so the hinge became misaligned just because I opened and closed this laptop. This should not have happened only after one month of using it. The condition is very horrible.
