When I received them, seller had them wrapped in newspaper and the ink from the newspaper had stained the white sides of the soles. Contacted seller, told me to use a "White Eraser" to remove it. Tried everything, some came off, some didn't. Suggested a return of the shoes or a small refund for the damage and haven't heard from seller since.
