Unless it’s a slabbed card, condition is at an 8 or best for their treasure or buried treasure packs. Value is not what they say since the card is not even close to being able to get a PSA 10 or even a BGS 9. I’ve spent over 20k with them and have yet to receive anything that is valued at what they state. Also received damaged cards on high end cards. A couple I would let pass but every single one, hard to believe. As for the values, cards are comped day of making the packs and raw cards are comped as raw, not potential PSA 10s.
