    I was so happy when I got the package with the rat...but sadly it didn't work at all after putting twice new batteries. I wrote to the seller about this problem and it seems that through the mail it got damaged. The seller was so kind and professional about this matter and decided to give me a partial refund since I didn't want to return it and use it for display only as the rat looks so real and creepy.
