I contacted the seller who determined it was the shipping company at fault. The seller reissued me a new tank and shipped it immediately. New tank came no problems. I recommend this seller as good communication and understanding. As for carpet on pontoon I'm just out of luck.

At first I thought I recieved the wroung product because the roll was 2 feet long but the fabric is folded in half on the roll. I asked the seller to clariify before opening the packaging. He replied quickly and explained the fold. I was happy that I didnt have to deal with returning it.
