I received four plates but the colors as pictured were not of the set sent, as there were two aqua plates, one orange, and one red. The purple plate was missing. I purchased these to go with my existing set of Royal Doulton multicolor porcelain dinner plates, so the misrepresentation was unfortunate. That being said, the plates were packed with care and attention and arrived in good shape.
