      Great for Regularity

      It took a few days for my stomach or system to adjust to the super aloe 450, giving me light cramping, but after a few days the cramps dissipated. Now I take one every day. The benefits are great

      Gear for constipation

      Take one tablet at night and by morning you are following right. I do not recommend taking this product 2 days in a row because it can cause you to have a very very loose bowel. But I do recommend this product to anyone that suffers from constipation from opiates or any other type of IBS.
