I did 100 pound dumbbell presses for 5 the other day. Strongest I've been in 7 years. I'm a little less than 175 lbs. First time I've ever written this much about a product. I fully expect to be doing 110's again within another 2 months, I can feel it. Great product, if it wasn't real, I would not have made these gains.
