    Item did not come with necessary accessories need for immediate use of item. For example missing power cord, and null modem wires and adaptors. Had to request user manual but found it quicker myself online and requested a set up video but never got it. Cited that file was too big.

    The Power cord was included in the box, you probably didn't find it among all the bubble wrap. The null modem cables DB9 were not included as they were not listed since this machine can work without them using ethernet connection. Several different connections are possible with this machine depending on the configuration.I sent you the link to buy new ones. The information was sent complete with manuals to your email Dr Felix Tao on January 3rd and January 9th. Not once but Twice!

    Limited in use.

    This UV light is very bright but you have to have the proper bonding "glue ". With that said, I have used it for bonding watch crystals, seals, and dental products.

    LED Lamp not working

    I received the curing light and was sooo happy to be able to start bonding. Once I opened the package, charged for 1hour I was ready to bond, so I thought. The light will not even come on. In the middle of my bonding class and boom, No light and I can't even finish. Very upset!!!

    Very pleased

    It came quickly. I have used it a couple of times and like the ease of use. For sterilization it says to use "soak in alcohol" but I use a handpiece sleeve which covers to whole curing light. After use on patient I still wipe down with disinfectant. I am very pleased.
