    Their initial estimated time of delivery was not even close. After two weeks I finally got an email saying a shipping label was created. After waiting more than a week, I got an updated arrival time in late November. I contacted the seller, who said it was a problem with the shipper. I told them to cancel, they said it already had been shipped--I said that is not true. Demanded a refund, which they did promptly gave after I called them on their misinformation. No sign of shipped pkg to date.
