No power supply included but they're cheap and easy to source (bought a 135W PSU for less than a tenner). This thing has great performance and even comes with a half height PCIe slot so it's a very versatile device with lots of possible use cases, besides being an everyday PC. It also has its stand and WiFi card fitted, these are quite hard to come by. Overall I'm very happy with it.

The top cover is a little loose but otherwise everything works great. As described, wifi adapter is included and slotted in so with suitable SATA M.2 it is good to go. Am very happy with my purchase.
