    The plate and mug arrived together, the plate was safe but unfortunately the mug didn't survive shipping. I contacted the seller and she went above and beyond. I had requested a partial refund and she even provided more than requested, which I thought was a lovely example of business integrity. She was very easy to work with and I would buy from this store again even though the mug didn't make it. Other than that though the items were exactly as described in good condition.

    Shipped very promptly, hat was as described, & overall it was good value for the BIN + S/H. Packaging could've been better. The box used for shipping wasn't quite tall enough, the crown was slightly crushed, but the leather recovered well enough (stiff felt would've been a different story).
