    Seller advertised lights as "20" in the listing title. In the description "19" was added as the last sentence. Listing was also listed as "new" and it had "leaf debris" on some of the tractors. Due to the insufficient padding around the packaging within the shipping box. 4 of the tractor wheels were snapped/broken off. I contacted the seller immediately and waited for a response before posting and review of any type and waited. Eventually eBay stepped and remedied the situation. Disappointing.
