    The crystal bunny was very poorly packaged. One could guess that it had been loosely wrapped in stiff plastic bags but was itself without other protection. As the plastic bags were loosely packed, the figurine fell to the bottom of the box and had no protection whatsoever from being dropped, thrown or otherwise misused and damaged. The bunny was as described and an otherwise good value. Any shipping costs under these circumstances are absurd.
