We had an unexpected issue where customs rejected the export and sent it back to seller, however the seller communicated the issue promptly and resent using a different method. No issues the second time. Things go wrong and it’s how issues are handed that mattered, so I appreciated the communication and effort from the seller. I think I’ll order more :)
