    The hat was as described and I could tell that it was probably a good buy, but the plastic shipping bag that was received was crushed probably by other packages in the USPS's possession. It had been in this crushed condition for some time because the hat was creased. It is not in a wearable condition. Possibly someone with the proper knowledge of hats could reform it. I'm disappointed that your company decided this unprotected method of shipping was acceptable.
