While the condition and value of the packages were as described and new, the seller refused to address my request for an exchange or return for a refund. This has impacted my willingness to continue with another large purchase in the near future.

Took 3 days for it to be shipped not counting the weekend. Thank goodness they shipped by FedEx or it would've taken much longer to receive. Communication not good either.
