      The mfgr. packaging was torn open showing the battery had been removed and reinserted, but no big deal still in brand new condition. Took a charge just fine and works like it should. Tracking shows received by USPS 3 days after paid, not great but acceptable. Also shows while in transit it spent TEN DAYS in one city 2 hours by car away from me. So received late but NOT seller's fault. Seller gets stars, USPS gets a dirt clod.
