    This appears to be a high-quality product that my eye doctor values and suggested that I buy. Unless I completely did something wrong, I considered myself following the directions last night and found it to not benefit me in the least. Whatever, this supossed "moist heat" was to do after 20 seconds in the microwave, it failed to deliver once I laid down and placed it upon my closed eyes. My eyes would have been better treated with a warm damp wash cloth than this. I will not buy this again.
