I ordered on Thurs evening and recieved it today which is Sunday. I had inquired about repair for an identical reel that I got for Fathers Day. They gave me info on who I should contact in warranty for repair. Outstanding vendor

I'm impressed with the quality for the price, just know that you are stuck with the artwork that is shown unless you are really handy.
