When I contacted the seller, he refused to take accountability and hid behind a no-return policy instead of addressing the condition the item arrived in. I will be filing a claim with eBay. I believe that the buyer tampered with the watch or tried to size the watch. There was nothing "rattling" in the watch. The watch was in perfect working condition when shipped. There are many photos related to that listing to verify the condition. We also are clear about the return policy - we do not accept returns and definitely not a watch that has been tampered with. Additionally, we have a photo of the watch taken just prior to shipping.
