This was shipped out in Near Mint condition (I opened the product myself) and it looks like both of them were damaged in the same spot based on the image. This was most likely damaged in transit by USPS. I have to give 4 stars overall, though, because of how unnecessarily frustrating it was to deal with eBay’s ESUS service, not anything the seller did. I hope the seller will consider offering customers the option to pay for USPS Ground shipping directly.
