Although the shipping bag was small and the outside packaging was crushed a little, the lip tube inside was unharmed and still had its safety plastic around it so I know it was unused and brand new as advertised.     A great product.

    I have used this since 1980. Then in the 2000 I couldn't find it as our local stores quit carrying it. Macy's had it but it was out of my budget. I am so happy to have found it again as all others I have tried do not compare. My mom wore it as well. Thanks for a great product 😊
