      The flosser was exactly as advertised. It works well. The only issue is it has a smaller water reservoir than my old flosser so I have to refill to complete a flossing. This seller was excellent. The USPS initially delivered item to the wrong address. I notified the seller and he stayed in touch w/ me, checking to see if I had received it or heard from the Post Office. They finally tracked it down and it was delivered after 4-5 days.

      Could’ve easily been designed better.

      The blades cut great, but the head doesn’t swivel, that ruins it.
