It was packaged in an MCM bag then put inside a mailer bag. I sold four others and packaged in the same manner and received no complaints. If the hat was truly damaged buyer would have asked for a refund in which they didn’t. If there was a dent in the hat from shipping it wouldn’t be one that would stay because of the material. I will definitely take your feedback into account, but to leave a negative rating when your hat isn’t damaged is wrong.
