I met the FedEx driver in the driveway and when they pulled it off the truck I thought "wow, that box looks kinda rough", but after I got it unpacked it appears in good order. Now that I have it mounted and hooked up, it works as it should (these Insignia TV's have a nice picture). Although it is a 13 y/o TV (I have another Insignia TV the same mfg. date, and never a minute's problem out of it), I believe it's a good deal for $45 + S&H.
