For example missing power cord, and null modem wires and adaptors. Had to request user manual but found it quicker myself online and requested a set up video but never got it. The null modem cables DB9 were not included as they were not listed since this machine can work without them using ethernet connection. The information was sent complete with manuals to your email Dr Felix Tao on January 3rd and January 9th. Not once but Twice!
