Looked like it was steeped on. The side of the bobble head was crushed in. I reached out to the seller and he responded within minutes. A full refund was issued within the hour. My nephew and I have made multiple purchases with this seller and we never had any issues. Best 5 stars customer service, and best value for your money. Definitely the most trustworthy

The auction closed on July 10th and the listing gave a few days to make a payment on the ball so this was no big deal for me at all that I was just traveling for work and didn't pay same day, so considering the listing gave a few days I didn't give it a second thought. Seller contacted me next day July 11th with "payment?", which was just impersonal and felt impatient. Paid right away after.
