    After thanking me for purchase, a day after I paid full price for this tool, the seller contacted me by phone and said he had a job come in and needed the tool and was cancelling the sale against my will. I offered for him to complete his job, then send tool to me, but he refused and told me he was keeping the tool and refunding my money. This is in direct violation of Ebay policy. I had to cancel 2 large jobs due to seller refusal to honor the sale. Seller is under investigation by Ebay.
